View Orders from a Customer Record

ORDER MANAGEMENT > CUSTOMER > ACCOUNTS

You can view a Customer's orders including order history and the status of each order from the Orders tab in the Customer Details Panel.

Open a customer's order in the Order details tab:

1.

Use the Scope Selector to select the relevant scope.

2.

In the Navigation panel, select Customers.

3.

Use the Customers Filter to filter the customers listing.

4.

Double-click the customer that you want.

5.

Click the Orders tab.

6.

Select the order that you want to view.

7.

Click View Order Details panel at the bottom of the tab.
